Jason Teeters is the founder of Jet Set State, an organizational design and innovation firm that helps companies close the gap between what they say in their strategy and what actually happens at work. He partners with leaders and teams to rethink how they show up together—how they meet, decide, and navigate pressure—so big goals become steady, real-world results without grinding people down.

For more than a decade, Jason has been building and leading programs around the world that sit where innovation, social impact, and leadership meet real life. He’s worked with efforts connected to The Rockefeller Foundation, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the United Nations, and the Dubai Future Foundation’s Design Gov program in the UAE, helping them turn bold ideas into everyday practices their people can feel.

Jason’s approach blends regenerative leadership with industrial-organizational psychology and is rooted in a simple, stubborn belief: people deserve dignity, shared responsibility, and a real say in the future they’re working so hard to build. His work helps organizations take better care of their people and get better at execution—showing up in stronger teams, better retention, and strategies that actually move.

He is a 2025 Lewis Latimer Fellow for Black Innovators and an alum of DSIL Global, where he has helped design and hold global leadership gatherings and learning journeys.
