Mike Adams joined Black & Veatch in 2024 as Chief Digital Technology Officer (CDTO). In this important role, he leads the company’s global technology strategy and ensures that the company’s digital and technology capabilities are innovative, flexible and aligned with the company’s strategy.

Most recently, Mike served as the Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Digital Leader with Brunswick Corporation where he successfully led large-scale digital transformation. He has a demonstrated history of delivering cross-functional technology initiatives that positively affect financial and operational performance and has been recognized for his global organizational leadership and technology and productivity outcomes.

Mike has held numerous leadership roles throughout his career including in the areas of strategy development, technology transformation, business continuity and disaster recovery, and cloud engineering and automation.
