We grow micro-fungi that in their natural, whole food state are  meat-textured and protein-packed. We rapidly and cost-effectively grow such fungi in steel tanks that resemble breweries, except instead of brewing alcohol, we brew protein. And unlike a cow, who takes more than a year of feeding, our microscopic fungi are harvested in less than 24hrs.
