The Repurposing Framework is a complete process that facilitates the rapid delivery of an MCM to the warfighter, or the general population, as needed. It is used to identify the likelihood that an MCM will make a successful repurposing candidate, comparing MCMs, socializing repurposing recommendations, and tracking MCMs and supporting literature.
